Ingredients
For the Burgers

1 lb ground beef

2 tsp FreshJax® Peppered Habanero Hot Grill Spice

4 burger buns
-
Toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato
For the Fiery Garlic Aioli:

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1 clove garlic, finely minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

½ tsp FreshJax® Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning

½ tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp lemon or lime juice

Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (for a touch of sweet balance)
Directions
For the Burgers:
Mix ground beef with FreshJax® Peppered Habanero Hot Grill Spice.
Shape into 4 patties.
Cook on a hot griddle or skillet, smashing for crispy edges.
Assemble burgers with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a generous layer of Fiery Garlic Aioli.
For the Fiery Garlic Aioli:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic, and lemon juice.
Stir in FreshJax® Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning and smoked paprika.
Taste and adjust:
Add more seasoning for a bolder kick.
Add honey or maple syrup for a creamy-sweet balance.
