Pan-seared salmon fillets with a fiery citrus kick—restaurant quality at home.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi
Directions
Pat salmon fillets dry and rub with olive oil and FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi.
Heat skillet over medium-high and sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
Serve with rice, salad, or steamed veggies.
