Crispy bacon meets tender asparagus in this smoky, savory side dish. FreshJax® Smoked Cherrywood Sea Salt ties it all together with rich, wood-fired flavor — a perfect pairing for steak, chicken, or seafood.
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
6 slices bacon
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp FreshJax® Smoked Cherrywood Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss asparagus with olive oil and Cherrywood Sea Salt.
Wrap 3–4 spears in each bacon slice and arrange on a baking sheet.
Roast for 18–20 minutes or until bacon is golden and crisp.
Notes: Drizzle with balsamic glaze for a gourmet finish.
