4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp FreshJax® Smoked Cherrywood Sea Salt
½ lemon, sliced
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with Cherrywood Sea Salt, and top with lemon slices.
Roast for 18–20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes: Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
