1 pork tenderloin (1 lb)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp FreshJax® Smoked Cherrywood Sea Salt
½ tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil, Cherrywood Sea Salt, and black pepper.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
