Ingredients

2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded

1 tbsp FreshJax® Smokey Southwest Grill Seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack

4 flour tortillas

1 tbsp butter
Directions
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Smokey Southwest Seasoning and cheese.
Spread filling over half of each tortilla, fold, and brush lightly with butter.
Cook on a skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.
Slice and serve with salsa or guacamole.
