Smokey Southwest Chicken Quesadillas

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Smokey Southwest Seasoning and cheese.

2. Spread filling over half of each tortilla, fold, and brush lightly with butter.

3. Cook on a skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.

4. Slice and serve with salsa or guacamole.
