1 lb ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp FreshJax® Smokey Southwest Grill Seasoning
1 cup beef broth
In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Stir in tomatoes, beans, beef broth, and Smokey Southwest Seasoning.
Simmer uncovered for 30–40 minutes until thickened.
Notes: Garnish with shredded cheese and fresh cilantro.
