2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp FreshJax® Smokey Southwest Grill Seasoning
8 small flour or corn tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomato
¼ cup sour cream or chipotle mayo
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced chicken and Smokey Southwest Seasoning; cook until golden and cooked through.
Warm tortillas and fill with chicken, lettuce, and tomato.
Drizzle with sour cream or chipotle mayo.
