We’ve taken sweet, charred corn and tossed it with a creamy, zesty dressing infused with the rich, savory heat of Smokey Southwest. It’s bright, bold, and guaranteed to be the star of your next BBQ or potluck.
3 cups grilled corn (off the cob)
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp FreshJax® Smokey Southwest Grill Seasoning
¼ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
Combine grilled corn, mayo, lime juice, Smokey Southwest Seasoning, and cotija cheese in a large bowl.
Toss until evenly coated and serve warm or chilled.
Notes: Stir in diced jalapeños for an extra fiery kick.
