4 eggs
¼ cup diced bell peppers
¼ cup onions
1 tbsp FreshJax® Smokey Southwest Grill Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté bell peppers and onions until tender.
Add eggs and Smokey Southwest Seasoning; scramble until fluffy and cooked through.
Serve hot with toast or breakfast potatoes.
Notes: Add cheese or crumbled bacon for a protein boost.
