4 eggs

¼ cup milk

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp FreshJax® Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning

¼ cup diced bell peppers

spinach
Crema Sauce (Salt Free)

½ cup sour cream
-
1–2 teaspoons FreshJax® Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lime juice (optional for brightness)

1–2 teaspoons water (optional, to thin)
Directions
Whisk eggs, milk, and Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning together.
Melt butter in a skillet and add bell peppers.
Pour in egg mixture and scramble gently.
Cook until fluffy then add spinach.
Serve hot and drizzle with Crema sauce.
Optional toppings: cheese, cilantro, parsley, green onions, caramelized onion, avocado, bacon, ham, chorizo, jalapeno, toasted pumpkin seeds.
Crema Sauce (Salt Free)
In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream and FreshJax® Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning until fully combined.
Add lime juice for extra tang, if desired.
If a thinner consistency is preferred, mix in water 1 teaspoon at a time until smooth and pourable.
Chill for 5–10 minutes to let the flavors blend.
