8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp FreshJax® Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning
Vegan: 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise + 1/4 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
Traditional: 1/4 cup regular mayonnaise + 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 ½ tsp FreshJax® VamPepper® Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1–2 tsp water (optional, to thin)
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub drumsticks with olive oil and Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning.
Arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with roasted veggies or rice and a side of garlic ranch dip.
In a small bowl, whisk together your chosen mayo and yogurt, VamPepper® Garlic Pepper Seasoning, and lemon juice.
Add water gradually if a thinner drizzle consistency is desired.
