Ingredients

8 oz penne pasta

1 zucchini, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tsp FreshJax® Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Sauté vegetables in olive oil until tender.
Toss pasta and vegetables together with Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning.
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil.
Optional: Sprinkle parmesan on top, or top with sliced chicken breast
