Ingredients

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 zucchini, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss all vegetables with olive oil and Spicy All-Purpose Seasoning.
Spread evenly on a baking tray.
Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the veggies are tender and golden.
Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon.
