Bring on the heat! These shrimp tacos are coated with FreshJax® Salt-Free Spicy Popcorn Seasoning for fiery, crispy bites wrapped in soft tortillas — fresh, bold, and sodium-free.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp FreshJax® Salt-Free Spicy Popcorn Seasoning
- 8 tortillas
- Slaw and lime crema
Directions
Mix breadcrumbs and FreshJax® seasoning in a bowl.
Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the seasoned crumbs.
Bake or air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
Fill tortillas with shrimp, slaw, and a drizzle of lime crema.
