Beefy Taco Enchiladas

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a skillet, cook beef until browned. Add taco seasoning and mix well.

3. Spoon the beef mixture into tortillas, roll them up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.

4. Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.

5. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
