Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the meat over medium heat. Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
Add cooked pasta to the pan and stir until coated.
Mix in cheese and sour cream until creamy and smooth.
Serve hot and garnish with jalapeños or green onions if desired.
