Breakfast Taco Scramble

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté sausage and tomatoes for 2–3 minutes.

2. Whisk eggs with FreshJax® seasoning, then pour into the skillet.

3. Scramble gently until eggs are cooked through.

4. Serve warm with toast or wrap in tortillas.
