Tender grilled chicken marinated with yogurt, lime, and FreshJax® Organic Thai Spice Blend — smoky, fragrant, and perfect for the grill.
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp FreshJax® Organic Thai Spice Blend
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken.
Marinate 1 hour.
Thread on skewers and grill 6–8 mins per side.
Notes: Great with peanut dipping sauce.
