Tender meatballs with a rich peanut dipping sauce — spiced with FreshJax® Organic Thai Spice Blend for an authentic twist.
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork or chicken
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp FreshJax® Organic Thai Spice Blend
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Mix meat, egg, breadcrumbs, and spice. Form balls; bake at 375°F for 20 mins.
Mix sauce ingredients in pan until smooth.
Serve meatballs with sauce.
