Ingredients

1 block tofu, crumbled

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning

2 pita pockets

1/2 cup spinach
Directions
Cook tofu with oil and FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning until golden.
Warm pita pockets and fill with tofu scramble and spinach.
Drizzle with tahini and serve warm.
