1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup roasted broccoli &carrots

1 cup cooked quinoa
Directions
Roast broccoli and carrots at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Cook tofu scramble with FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning until hot and golden.
Assemble bowls with quinoa, roasted veggies, and tofu scramble.
