A cozy, eggy-inspired pasta dish using tofu scramble instead of eggs.
Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti

1 tbsp olive oil

1 block tofu, scrambled

2 tsp FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1/4 cup plant-based milk
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
In a skillet, cook tofu with FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning until golden.
Stir in nutritional yeast, plant milk, and reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
Toss in spaghetti until coated and serve hot.
Recipe Note
Flavor Tip: Add sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra depth.
Traditional Option: Make with eggs and Parmesan for a carbonara vibe.
