Ingredients
- 1 block tofu, scrambled
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning
- 6 corn tortillas
- Salsa + cilantro for topping
Directions
Cook tofu scramble with oil and FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning until golden.
Warm tortillas, fill with scramble, and top with salsa and cilantro.
Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
