Pan-seared chicken in a creamy garlic mushroom sauce, perfect for pasta or mashed potatoes.
4 chicken breasts
2 tsp VamPepper® Garlic Pepper Seasoning (or more to your heart’s desire!)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp olive oil
Season and sear chicken 5–6 min per side. Remove from the skillet.
Sauté mushrooms, then stir in cream. Simmer 3–4 min.
Return chicken to pan, coat in sauce, and serve.
