Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)

2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)

1 ยฝ tbsp FreshJax Vampepper Garlic Blend

1 tsp lemon zest

2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions
Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
Season the salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Brush both sides with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle Vampepper Garlic Blend evenly over the fillets, pressing lightly so it sticks.
