Good to Know: "Carry-over cooking" is real! Remove your chicken from the heat when it hits 160°F (71°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it for your salad; the internal temp will rise to the safe 165°F (74°C) while the juices redistribute, ensuring your salad isn't ruined by dry meat.
4 chicken breasts
2 tsp VamPepper® Garlic Pepper Seasoning (or more to your heart’s desire!)
4 cups mixed greens
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup vinaigrette
Season chicken and sear or grill 5–6 min per side.
Slice and serve over greens with tomatoes and vinaigrette.
