This easy Cajun mussel dish brings restaurant-level flavor with a buttery, garlicky sauce you’ll want to soak up with bread.
Ingredients

2 lbs mussels, cleaned

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 cup heavy cream
-
2 tsp FreshJax® Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning
Directions
Melt butter in a skillet; sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add wine, cream, and FreshJax® Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning. Simmer 3 minutes.
Add mussels, cover, and steam 6–7 minutes until shells open.
Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
