1 lb ground beef
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup BBQ sauce
2 tsp FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt in a bowl.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Toss with BBQ sauce and serve warm.
