Smoky flavor meets classic comfort in these oven-baked meatballs. Every bite is tender, saucy, and absolutely addictive.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt in a bowl.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Toss with BBQ sauce and serve warm.
