Campfire BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

  • 2 tsp FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt in a bowl.

  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

  5. Toss with BBQ sauce and serve warm.
