Perfect for cozy nights or game days, this chili delivers big, bold flavor with every spoonful. The smoky seasoning makes it taste like it’s been simmering over a campfire.
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
2 tsp FreshJax® Campfire Smokey Sea Salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté 3–4 minutes.
Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and all seasonings.
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
