Take your morning toast to the next level with this spicy, flavorful twist! Creamy sliced avocado meets FreshJax® Daring Dunes® Hot Harissa Seasoning and sweet, caramelized roasted tomatoes for a breakfast or snack packed with bold North African heat and savory depth.
2 slices gluten-free bread, toasted
1 ripe avocado, sliced
½ tsp FreshJax® Daring Dunes® Hot Harissa Seasoning (or more to taste)
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp olive oil
Lemon juice to taste
Optional: microgreens or hemp seeds for topping
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil and roast for 8–10 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Toast the gluten-free bread slices to your liking.
Layer sliced avocado over the toast and sprinkle with Harissa seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice.
