Ingredients

Smoked roast beef. (3 lb of top of the round)

Seasoned with FreshJax Ales.n.Tails West Coast Tri-Tip Grilling Blend
Directions
Trim all fat and sliver skin
Place in smoker at 250"
Cook till internal temp is 130*
Take off wrap in foil and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Thin slice and serve on your favorite roll or bun.
