12 oz udon noodles
½ lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 onion, sliced
1 cup bok choy
½ tsp Ghost Pepper Sea Salt
Cook noodles as directed and drain.
Stir-fry beef in sesame oil until browned.
Add onion, bok choy, and soy sauce; cook 3 minutes.
Toss in noodles and season with Ghost Pepper Sea Salt.
Sauce Suggestion: Sweet soy chili glaze.
