2 racks pork ribs
¼ cup BBQ dry rub
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp Ghost Pepper Sea Salt
Rub ribs with dry rub and bake at 275°F for 2½ hours.
Brush with BBQ sauce, then grill or broil for 10 minutes.
Finish with a sprinkle of Ghost Pepper Sea Salt.
Sauce Suggestion: Spicy bourbon BBQ glaze.
