These smoky and savory grilled pork chops leverage the paprika and garlic notes in our Hog Rub to deliver a bold BBQ punch. Whether you’re hosting a summer cookout or need a 20-minute weeknight winner, these chops are a guaranteed hit.
Good to know: To prevent chops from drying out on the grill, let the meat rest for 5 minutes after cooking. This allows the juices to redistribute for a much moister bite.
4 bone-in pork chops
8 tbsp FreshJax Hog Rub Pork BBQ Seasoning
1 tbsp avocado oil (optional: peanut or grapeseed oil)
Salt, to taste (optional: FreshJax Ghost Salt)
Pat pork chops dry and brush with oil.
Generously season both sides with FreshJax Hog Rub and a pinch of salt.
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Grill 5–6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
