This lean pork tenderloin is coated in FreshJax Hog Rub to create a savory, caramelized crust while roasting in the oven. It’s a simple, sophisticated way to serve a healthy dinner that doesn’t skimp on bold, aromatic spices.
Good to know: Pork tenderloin is a very lean protein and cooks quickly. Use a meat thermometer to pull it at 63°C (145°F) to ensure it stays tender and pink in the middle.
1 pork tenderloin (1–1.5 lb)
4 tbsp FreshJax Hog Rub
1 tbsp avocado oil (optional: peanut or grapeseed oil)
Rub tenderloin with oil.
Coat with FreshJax Hog Rub.
Roast at 425°F for 22–25 minutes or until 145°F internal temp.
Rest 5 minutes and slice.
