These fall-off-the-bone ribs are generously coated in Hog Rub and roasted low and slow to achieve maximum tenderness. They deliver that authentic, pit-master BBQ flavor right from your kitchen—no grill or smoker required.
Good to know: To get that signature "sticky" finish, brush on your favorite BBQ sauce during the last 15 minutes of roasting and hit them with a quick broil to caramelize the sugars.
1 rack pork ribs
8 tbsp FreshJax Hog Rub
3 tbsp mustard
1 cup BBQ sauce (optional glaze)
Remove membrane from ribs.
Spread mustard on ribs and coat heavily with FreshJax Hog Rub.
Wrap ribs in foil and bake at 300°F for 2.5 hours.
Brush with BBQ sauce and broil for 3 minutes.
Rest and slice.
