Good to Know: For the best flavor, serve your Caprese at room temperature. Cold temperatures mute the delicate fats in the cheese and the volatile oils in the herbs. Letting it sit for 15 minutes before serving allows the herbs to "bloom" in the olive oil.
3 large tomatoes, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
2 tsp FreshJax® Italian Herb Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a platter with basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
