Transform a humble sheet pan into a colorful masterpiece. We toss a vibrant mix of seasonal garden vegetables—like zucchini, bell peppers, and carrots—in heart-healthy olive oil and a heavy dusting of FreshJax® Italian Herb. Roasted until caramelized and tender, these veggies offer a natural sweetness that perfectly complements the robust, savory herb profile.
Good to Know: High-heat roasting (around 425°F) creates the "Maillard reaction"—the browning you see on the edges of the veggies. This process creates a complex, smoky sweetness that provides the "flavor anchor" usually filled by salt.
2 cups mixed veggies (zucchini, bell pepper, carrots)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp FreshJax® Italian Herb Seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Toss chopped veggies with olive oil, Italian Herb, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
