Upgrade classic miso soup with a zesty, citrusy-spicy twist.
4 cups water
2 tbsp miso paste
1 block silken tofu, cubed
2 green onions, chopped
2 tsp FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi
Heat water in a pot and whisk in miso paste until smooth.
Add silken tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in green onions and FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi.
Serve hot with optional shrimp (traditional) or seaweed (vegan).
Flavor Tip: Add shiitake mushrooms for a richer broth.
