Simple roasted broccoli with bold Japanese flair—an easy side that pairs with anything.

Ingredients

1 large head broccoli, cut into florets

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil and FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast 15–18 minutes until crisp-tender.
