Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 cup snap peas

1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2–3 minutes.
Toss in bell peppers and snap peas; stir-fry 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Add soy sauce and FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi, stirring to coat evenly.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
