Ingredients

1 block firm tofu, cubed

1 tbsp avocado oil

2 tsp FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi

2 cups cooked rice

1 cucumber, sliced

1 carrot, shredded
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet and cook tofu cubes until golden and crispy.
Season generously with FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi.
Assemble bowls with rice, cucumber slices, shredded carrot, and seasoned tofu.
Sprinkle extra seasoning before serving.
