A comforting bowl of noodles infused with bold Japanese flavor. The Shichimi Togarashi adds citrusy heat that makes this ramen unforgettable.
4 cups vegetable broth (or chicken broth for traditional)
2 packs ramen noodles (gluten-free if needed)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup bok choy, chopped
2 tsp FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi
Optional traditional: soft-boiled egg slices
Heat broth in a pot and stir in soy sauce.
Add mushrooms and bok choy; simmer 5–7 minutes until tender.
Cook noodles separately, then add them to the broth.
Stir in FreshJax® Shichimi Togarashi and adjust to taste.
Top with extra seasoning and optional soft-boiled egg slices (traditional).
Flavor Tip:Add crispy tofu cubes (vegan) or sliced chicken (traditional).
