Ingredients

2 cups frozen hash browns

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 block firm tofu, crumbled

2 tsp FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet and cook hash browns until crispy and golden brown.
In another pan, cook tofu with FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning until hot and fluffy.
Pile the scramble on top of crispy hash browns and serve immediately.

Flavor Tip: Add salsa or hot sauce for a Tex-Mex kick.
