A hearty wrap filled with spiced tofu scramble, black beans, and veggies—ideal for grab-and-go mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup sautéed peppers and onions
- 4 flour tortillas
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet, cook crumbled tofu with FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning until golden.
Warm tortillas, then layer in tofu scramble, black beans, and sautéed peppers and onions.
Roll burrito-style and serve hot.
