1 block firm tofu, crumbled

2 tsp FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning

1 cup black beans

1 cup sautéed peppers and onions

4 flour tortillas
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet, cook crumbled tofu with FreshJax® Tofu Scramble Seasoning until golden.
Warm tortillas, then layer in tofu scramble, black beans, and sautéed peppers and onions.
Roll burrito-style and serve hot.
