One of my absolute flavor combinations! White chocolate and maple cinnamon seasoning๐ค
Ingredients

250 grams AP flour

250 grams bread flour
-
350 grams filtered water

10 grams salt
-
100 grams active starter
-
1/2 c chopped white chocolate
-
FreshJax Maple cinnamon Seasoning
Directions
Mix flour and water, let rest x 30 min (autolyse)
Add in starter, mix and rest x 30 min
Add salt, mix thoroughly x 5 min
Perform 3-4 coil folds every 45 min
On the second coil fold sprinkle on add-ins.
After the final fold, let dough proof to 1.5x the original size
Dust counter top with flour, pour dough out, shape and place in preferred pan. Stitch and rest x 1 hour. Place in fridge overnight or at least 10 hours.
Preheat oven to 500, score loaf and bake.
Kristin used a challenger bread pan, double score at 7 min, bake an additional 13 min covered at 500. Uncover and bake at 450 for 20 min.

You caught us, we will toast any bread and put avocado on it. We have a little bit of a problem...
But seriously this was great toasted and with Avocado and Brunch Life Seasoning on it.
