Reverse Seared Grill Master Cheeseburger

Ingredients
- 2 lbs 80/20 ground beef (makes about 6 patties)
- FreshJax Grillmaster Burger Blend seasoning
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- Tomato
- White onion
- Lettuce
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Brioche buns
Directions
Form the ground beef into about 1/3 lb patties and season both sides liberally with FreshJax Grill Master Burger Blend.
Heat your grill to 225ยฐ with charcoal and wood (if using a gas grill, use wood chips in a smoker box or foil). Mesquite works very well with beef.
Smoke the burgers indirectly until they reach 130ยฐ internally (about 30 minutes). Then, crank up your grill to high heat and sear the burgers over the flame until they reach your desired doneness, flipping once and topping with cheese to melt.
Place on a toasted bun with your favorite condiments and toppings.
