Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
If my family and I are ever in the mood for some wings or just some fried food this is an amazing option we turn to! Not only is it delicious but it is also healthy!
Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and chop cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
Combine remaining ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.
Dip each piece of cauliflower into the batter and coat all sides.
Transfer dipped cauliflower onto a baking sheet (oven) or cast iron skillet (oven or grill)
Bake or grill for 30 minutes.
Top with additional hot sauce and enjoy!
