The combination of Brunch Life Avo Toast and Maple Cinnamon Candied Bacon is mind-blowingly good!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground breakfast sausage
- 1/2 lb. bacon
-
FreshJax Brunch Life
-
FreshJax Maple Cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado
- 3 brioche buns
Directions
Season both sides of the bacon with Maple Cinnamon.
Fry bacon in a pan to desired doneness and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Separate the ground breakfast sausage into three equal parts and form patties to either grill or pan fry, placing a slice of cheese on the patty to melt towards the end of the cook.
Fry the three eggs to however you like (or scramble).
Lightly toast the brioche buns and spread avocado on both sides.
Sprinkle Brunch Life onto the avocado, place the rest of the ingredients on the buns, and enjoy!
Recipe Note
These are so good that we are not sure they need a side dish... so we made them with hashbrowns, to finish the burger motif.
